This place used to be called Hack Shack. They do good work but this is very pricey even for custom work. I came here to have some work done on an old school truck with air ride and the employee who I later came to find out was the owner was very rude and condescending. I had to explain to him what an exhaust muffler and speed controller for an air ride system was. That is a large part of his business and I can't believe that he doesn't know what that is. I had to actually speak with the person that works on the vehicles to get anything done. There are only a handful of custom shops in the Metroplex and I would not recommend this one. I'm not a rich person or a basketball player and their prices are too high. I went here twice and won't ever be going back. I have several friends with customs vehicles who have asked me for references to custom shops and I've steered them away from this location.

Beyond satisfied as a customer. I initially thought prices would be too expensive for me, but thankfully I called anyway to get a quote. Jay called back within 10 minutes and to my surprise my quote was much less than I expected. I explained that this was my daily driver and turn around is a bit of a concern for me, I immediately made plans to let them have my truck for at least 2-3 days and I was surprised once again that my truck was done in 1 day. I got a under bed c notch, made the notch so my bed didnt hit the diff and tubbed my firewall (thats a lot of work) also I had contact throughout the process with pictures of the progress and the work getting done. I showed up to pick up and jay showed me all the details of the work done (a machine couldnt make these welds look better)..tour of the shop was crazy, big place with tons of amazing toys in progress...Im very happy with my experience and will be going back for a lot more work..

Had them install a grill and aftermarket headlights with LEDs about a year ago, to say the least my paint surrounding the lights was all scratched up
