They were supposed to pick up our bi weekly trash pickup and they missed half of our street and still two days later its still sitting to the road. Standard can and 1 professional can w/lift hook.its like they ignored our side of the street.

I had a different trash services for 9 years. In the last couple years I had pricing and customer service issues and have been VERY unhappy with their services. I called Klumm Bros. to get a new trash service. I spoke with Miguel who went above and beyond to help me set up my new service. My trash can was delivered the same day I called. I wish the pricing was a little cheaper regarding recycling, but I am more than happy to support a local business with excellent customer service!

Great Service. We use them at our residence for regular canister pick up and both our business, where we have dumpster service. Price and Service are much better than previous provider.
