Over all it was good but the price I paid included a car wash. When I got there to pick up my car I was still really dirty, so I went in side and asked why my car didn't go thru the car wash when that's one I was paying for. The last time I went here to have my oil changed I got the one with the car wash and they did not put it thru the car wash.

Ive been hesitant to write a review for awhile. Honestly, theyre good people over there so Ive been giving them the benefit of the doubt and routinely giving them another chance. But Ive ALWAYS left the quick lane after an oil change frustrated or upset at their incompetence or negligence. Theyve forgotten to put wipers back on, somehow caused a disconnect with the battery, didnt see an OBVIOUS issue with one of my tires when they did a rotation, they havent added wiper fluid a couple times, etc. Some of the things have been more minor but when youve had issues every time, even the small things really irk you. Like just today, I paid for the best oil change that includes a car wash and vacuum. It was clear when they gave me my car that neither of these were done. So I came back to ask if they could be done. I made sure to ask them if both the car wash AND vacuuming could be done. They apologized and said itd be done right away. Of course when I got my car back, they neglected the vacuuming. I was too frustrated to go back in again so I just left. Now the cars I bring there usually arent in good shape. Sometimes theyre downright clunkers. But somehow they always leave in worse shape. Again, some of these things arent that big of a deal. And they really are good people over there. But its just always something. And I always leave frustrated and unsatisfied with the work done.

Donald, I would like to visit with you about your experience and diagnosis on your Mercedes-Benz. Sounds like we have diagnosed the red battery light to needing access to the windshield cowl and access to the rear fuse panel in the trunk. There is a quite a bit of aftermarket wiring and subwoofer in the trunk that needs to removed prior to further diagnosis. There are several pages of voltage codes in the vehicle.
