I am just so heart broken.I purchased a Jeep Compass 2011 from North Coast in Bedford on12/31/21.Today is 6/8/22. I took the car to Firestone they told me the car is unsafe because the sub frame is cracked. On top of that the power steering hose needs to be fixed,along with the tie rods and the sway bar. The CHECK ENGINE LIGHT also came on a month ago.I am already paying a car not for this car and full coverage car insurance...This is too much that needs to be done in the small amount of time that I had this vehicle. Now I am out of a car and stuck paying a car note and car insurance I can't even use...This car was purchased so I can take care of my kids...Now I'm stuck ...I could do nothing but cry...

My first car buying experience in a few decades. Started a conversation about an Avalanche and 2 Darts I saw Monday on the website. Wednesday started talking financing made an appointment for Friday after a drs appointment and a trip to the bank. Friday started getting texts and phone calls at 10 from sales. Even a name to talk to when I walk in the door, Im cool Mona my friend gave me the managers name. Walk in the door nobody knows why Im there. Mona who? The manager walks up hands me off to someone I need to show where I found the vehicles on the website. He walks away returns 20 minutes later no dart no Avalanche wasted my Friday. I dont deal well when someone tries a bait and switch. Which I know they wanted to do. Why bring me in if you didnt have what I came for?
