We paid over $160 for a couch to be cleaned that had cat urine on it. We were told they would use P.U.R.T. and that it would remove the scent. Well...it did remove the scent, on the part of the couch that the service worker actually cleaned. There was a blatant spot missed, so we called them back, he came back, and only cleaned half that spot. We continued to smell urine, and found that he failed to clean half the urine stain. Never again. Not worth the time or money.

The company never called me back to reschedule after they made the mistake of sending Bill to the billing address instead of the site address. I confirmed the site address twice during our initial telephone conversation. When Bill showed up at the site address he said there wasnt enough time to complete the job and to call back and reschedule. I called; the woman told me shed call me right back because she was on another call. Several hours later, after I didnt get a call back, I called again and left a voice message for them to call me and reschedule. That was two days ago and I havent heard from them. I decided to go with Stanley Steemer who was able to schedule me quickly.

I highly recommend this business. I have a three year old and a mastiff puppy. My living room furniture was only three years old and the pup while covered in mud rolled around and lounged on it. Fur everywhere. Mud. What a nightmare! My carpet was rough from my dynamic duo but looked better than it had ever looked after they cleaned it. My furniture no longer smells like my furry friend. I will be coming back for all my steam cleaning needs!
