*Update 2/18* I appreciate you returning and giving me the opportunity to correct this in person. Please dont hesitate to come in or reach out if there's anything else we can do for you in the future. First, allow me to apologize. We never want a disappointed customer over a miscommunication or misunderstanding. This is a small community we all exist in. When you initially came in, you brought none of the necessary parts for me to sell you what you need, this was the reason for your 3 trips. You wanted 3AN hoses made, I told you it wouldn't be anymore than $20/hose. To make your setup work with the different tee's, calipers, etc. I told you I'd have to do it out of 4AN. You were charged $26.03/hose for the 4AN's. In addition to the hoses, you needed caliper adapters, sealing washers, banjo's, and banjo bolts. On your second visit when you told me the original hoses were $100, I specifically told you with the cost of adapters and the hoses themselves, that you may want to just reorder the original hoses. You said you just wanted it done. I did review the audio/video from the front room to confirm this, and I apologize if I wasn't clear enough. With 3500+ customers and over 30,000 sales, we've never been accused of being dishonest or deceitful, we would never knowingly make people feel that way. In good faith, I'm willing to refund you 50% of your purchase amount and have you keep everything or if you would like to return everything I'm happy to give a 100% refund. If you would like to discuss this or a resolution further, feel free to reach out to me directly 561-693-1588 (option 3), message us on IG, or you're always welcome to come back into the store.

I went here to get (2) one foot brake lines made for my hydro ebrake. The guy told me, just by looking at the line i brought to recreate, he can not know what fitting are needed. He said that he would know what i need if i brought the caliper in. So i did which then he told me he needed to see even more. Which could have been avoided. So now my third trip going back we got it to work and my bill was over $100 after he told me it would cost no more than $20 the previous day. So i dont know if he was trying to play me or if he was just not very smart but i do not recommend going to havoc speed shop. Such a waste of my time and money.
