Hi Marisa, I've looked into this. Firstly my apologies for this mishap. It seems in his efforts to give you such a quick turnaround Ben has actually created the art himself and wasn't aware of a setting required for a rich black. Our printers print from print files supplied so they weren't aware of the problem either. We stand by the quality of our printing so if you would like the shirts replaced we are happy to do so. Great service by Ben over the phone, understood what i wanted and could get it all completed in 24 hours. Print on shirt was not the best. When charged $65 per t-shirt, i would expect better quality.
