Really bad experience dealing with this company I sent them my wife's Rolex watch for service. I sent this watch in its original box and outer casings. It was returned to us in a watch collectors box. The original watch box and casing has apparently 'gone missing'. We have now been trying to resolve this for almost 7 months. We have tried phoning and emailing but they just ignore us. I am really upset and anoyed that my wife's Rolex no longer has the original box. Think before you use this company as their customer service is really poor.

I had a Rolex Explorer 2 fore sale. I called David and he gave me a reasonable offer. Had a day out in London and went to his office... Very good experience. He inspected the watch to make sure it was in the condition I described.. The money was deposited into my account immediately... wish all customer service was like this. Very poor customer service, I submitted my Rolex via there website to receive a quotation, no one replied to my request. I then rang them up and the amount they were offering for my Rolex was a lot less than what I had been offered elsewhere, in addition they then told me how much they themselves would price it at once they purchased it from me, which I found to be extortionate and greedy. If you review there watches for sale they absolutely sell them to the very maximum and beyond what other dealers are charging for the exact same watch, a terribly unfair way to operate.
