I see that you were pierced on August 5th, but we dont have any record of a downsizing, checkup, or troubleshooting appointment for youdid you book any of those? I know you said our staff was professional and kind (thank you for that), but youve also reported being told thats just the way it is when asking for our help. I wouldnt think any of our staff members would be so dismissive and rude as to say something like that to a client seeking help, but if that was your experience, I would love for you to reach out to fill in some details for us about when you came in and who you saw, so that we can address the situation appropriately. Since I see no follow-up appointments listed for you, I unfortunately cannot ascertain this information myself. Firstly, I will say everyone who works there is extremely professional and very kind and thats why Im giving them 3 stars. Unfortunately my double nose piercing was not the best experience. The right side has healed alright but the left has never fully healed. After going in to talk with them twice and being told to just clean it and its just the way it is I went to a different shop. There, I was told the angle in which it was pierced was wrong and my jewelry would never sit flat and it wouldnt heal properly because of the constant irritation because of the angle. This made sense since the post and stud have never stayed flat no matter what. I opted to take out the post at their recommendation and let it close but Im frustrated that no one was able to tell me this initially when I went in to have it checked or when I wanted a different stud. I understand mistakes happen but I do feel like I spent a fair amount of money and its frustrating to have it wasted.

Sadu is a much different studio and experience now than it was in years past. After going to get my nose pierced at a tattoo shop it started falling out and getting stuck in my nose I went to Sadu and the team there was amazing definitely should have gone there first
