I would not recommend this centre. I was excited and proud to be able to purchase my first Porsche but my experience was totally tainted due to the service I received. From start to finish there were problems and poor communication. Whilst the centre has tried to make this better by offering some compensation, I just feel so disappointed in the service. Even since offering this compensation I have had a further problem of not receiving some documentation still (4 months after purchase), which I have had to chase numerous times. Something that I just shouldn't have to do. I have received better service buying cars worth a tiny fraction of the Porsche - not what I would have expected at all. I love the car itself and will definitely be purchasing Porsche's in the future, just not from this centre.

Updated 2022 review: Sadly customer service has gone down hill since my 2021 visits. I'm still waiting for service appointment update, i think they have forgotten about me. 3 weeks+ past my appointment after waiting 2 x months. Kept me waiting ages to collect parts, ignored by all staff other than a the receptionist, doesn't seem a friendly or enthusiastic place anymore. I left disappointed with a buy or enquire elsewhere feeling. Wasted 5hrs drive to collect parts that I was told were checked and correct, but were wrong. Annoyingly it was suggested existing parts had been changed incorrectly (on a vehicle they supplied and maintained) or it was the fault of Porsche. Neither is true. I'm beginning to prefer independents as I'm unable to find a decent, reliable official dealer.

I would like to thank Emily for her assistance throughout my service and getting my Porsche fixed. I was leant a hairdresser boxster car (I did ask for a Gt03/Gt04) but I will settle for the Boxster... I was away on holiday and the car lease was extended until I got back free of charge. Everything was smooth from the moment I went in. Initially I was worried that a few things would get missed off as I had a few issues, but everything was fixed for me. A great asset to your team, somebody who understands customer service and who listens. Thanks George O

I recently stopped off very early at the Porsche Centre Towceater on my way to the Porsche Experience at the Silverstone Race Circuit. I needed to charge my car and thought Id use the Towcester centre to avoid any risk of not being able to access the limited number of chargers at the track. On arrival the barriers at the dealership were open, but the high speed charger would not work using my own card. I asked a gentleman who was busy setting up the forecourt for the day if he could help and he proved to be extremely accommodating. Not only did he go and get the dealerships own card so that I was able to charge my car (at no cost), but also took the time to make me a lovely cup of coffee and engaged in very friendly chat for the time I was there. Thank you Steve Dickson. Top class service. I will be sure to use your dealership in the future.
