Love my Ultimate Sports (of which Feedback bought the bike division a while back) bike stand but I got a honkin' recumbent with a 2" main tube that the old stand clamp jaws could no longer accommodate. Time to purchase a new stand? No sir! Feedback had a new clamp that does everything required. Expensive? A little...but still half the cost of a new stand and the same price as a cheaper stand that would have been as steady as a Baywatch star eating a hamburger on YouTube. The part was back-ordered for quite a while but Feedback alerted me to when it arrived and I clamped onto (if you will) one of the units from the newly-arrived stock and it arrived, as luck would have it, just in time to put under the Xmas tree. Merry Xmas to me and thanks for supporting your stuff Feedback!

I love products from Feedback Sports and very much appreciate their wide variety of high quality parts, tools, and repair stands. I allegedly ran over one of the legs of my repair stand and was able to easily buy a replacement. FS sent it out quickly and I'm back in business. Also, HUGE shout-out to Feedback Sports for their support and commitment to youth mountain biking teams (NICA).

Have been using this excellent bike repair stand for many years and needed to replace the red clamp jaws as the red plastic cover on one had broken off. Product arrived quickly and repair stand is perfectly able to clamp bike seatposts again. It would be kind of nice if you could just buy the plastic overlay as the actual metal clamp jaw was still fine on my old rack, but it was very easy to screw the new jaw into place and get going.

Its great that they still offer parts for a product Ive owned for a long time. Replacement jaws for a bike stand.
