I have been going to improper city for a couple years now and I love the atmosphere and space. Unfortunately I had an awful server who messed up our drink orders, was extremely rude to myself and the party I was with. The server we had was Nicole. She deliberately ignored us numerous times and after letting her know our drinks were wrong she became very defensive. I wont let this taint my love and comfort for improper city, however I would stay away from the server Nicole. She has brown hair and a strong shouldered build. If you are placed with her do yourself a favor and ask for a new server.

Great place to hang out with friends, dogs, or to crank out work. It is loaded with different books for you to have your own place. Outside patio has lights and a fire pit and is dog friendly. A tasty food truck is parked in the patio as well.

Not what I expected.. It was more of a weekend work location, with alcohol on tap. Several 20-something's scattered around working SW tasks on their laptops on a Sunday.. Quiet and kind of sad, actually. And the alcohol selection, IMO, wasn't all that impressive either.
