We're confused that you'll leave a bad review because you loved a shot them saw it on sale later and gave a bad review? Why would you do that sir? Perhaps you should have emailed or customer service to see what happened or check to see if it were on sale first? Thanks for your business! Niece a bad review for a great product doesn't make much sense.

I'm so upset to see shoe I just bought and received the same day sell for $20. I feel so embarrassed to show people where I get there shoe's from now. Why would y'all do that??
Hello David sorry to hear about your issue. Not sure when you emailed but there was a bug over the weekend and voting yesterday. We will do a name search and see what the issue was about tomorrow. However we pride ourselves in our customer service and you can see from all the other reviews, so we'll see what this is about. Update: I personally reached out to Mr. Hill to follow up this review and he stated it wad not about the product.. but customer service. Which i explained was a 3 day delay which occurred over a weekend plus election day. In which a few folks got sick and... an election. It's unfortunate he chooses to leave this rating up knowing the reason, but alas we refunded him and we press on.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. I had an issue with my order and reached out to Customer Service to discuss it. After sending several emails I have yet to receive a reply regarding a possible resolution. This my first time shopping with ROCKDEEP and my last.
First and foremost the shoes are 5 stars but I'm only rating the company at 4 stars because of the shipping time. In my last 2-3 transactions my shoes never arrived in a timely fashion( 3 weeks on 1 order). Maybe I just ordered at a time of high volume orders that and I'm not a very patient person. But when the shoes arrive I am completely 100% satisfied. When my next order comes in (pre-order also) I'll be about 15 pairs in. In less than 11 months so what does that tell you? Shoes are very stylish and comfortable and the value is crazy and looks like nothing else in my collection and I wear a size 15 and there's a lot to choose from and I'm not use to that. So with that in mind I highly recommend Rockdeep shoes just be a little more patient than me and like the ceo says "I guarantee you will not be disappointed ".
The store has pretty poor communication about when their orders will ship. The only updates they provide is via a Facebook group or Instagram and it is never consistent on which one. The updates are promised weekly, but maybe happen once a month. I will for sure never buy from them again.
