Wayne, I do not think this is reasonable for you to leave a bad review for service you have not purchased. You called and asked for a quote for our service, we sent you a quote. It does include up front equipment cost, which we do not hide - it is right there on the quote. Phone companies have to choose between two general pricing models - higher monthly cost and low or no up front cost, or low monthly cost and charge for equipment. We do the latter. I do not think it is unreasonable to charge for the physical phones and the cellular backup modem we use to make sure your phones, credit cards and web orders continue to function when your Internet goes down. Especially considering that our normal service package includes ten lines, a fax connection and cellular backup Internet for $155 per month. Again - you asked for a quote, we sent you a quote. If you do not like the price, do not do business with us, but to give us a bad review is like someone giving you a bad Yelp review when they have never eaten at your restaurant.

this company is very poor in customer service. they tell you everything they can do for you but fail to share that there is a $1000 up front cost on there service. I would not recommend them for any business. stick to who you have. maybe they should read some books on customer service and sales skills. not sharing up front costs is not the way to grow a business.
We had Century Link for long time and a lot of problems with service. We would lose phone service to the store for whatever reason and it would take them 2-3 days to make it out. Now that we have made the switch to Pizza Cloud, we no longer have to worry about that. If the internet goes down, we have cellular back up which has helped us out a few times now. Normally we would have to turn our online orders off and contact all of the 3rd party delivery service which would take 30 min due to waiting on hold for someone to help you out and then once the internet came back on, you'd have to repeat the process and do it all over again. Now, we don't even notice and we continue operations as usual. I would highly recommend Pizza Cloud to anyone that is thinking about making a switch from a traditional line to VOIP. You won't regret it.
We own a pizza place in the south suburbs of Chicago. This past winter during the polar vortex, comcast was knocked out for 3 days. My other business friends lost phone service for 3 days while I had no problems at all. I highly recommend Pizza Cloud. They are great to work with.
Before we switched to PizzaCloud we were with PizzaPhone. PizzaPhone was terrible! Both service and customer support was the worst!. There is never an issue with the PizzaCloud service! The few times I've had to contact customer service was always a pleasure dealing with them. Highly recommend PizzaCloud system if your in the pizza business!......
