Bought a car from this dealership and despite the "sticker" price they do indeed add an extra 5k for a market adjustment once you start talking numbers. They also gave me dates for when the car would arrive and they had to delayed it twice. They have proven to me that they will give you little to no info on how unreliable the dates can be until they made the sale. The lack of communication when all I want is some general information about when I will receive such a large purchase, has been astonishing and really disrespectful. Been a very frustrating and annoying process. One day I will receive the car they sold to me 2 weeks ago.

Christian was so awesome i normally go to vandergriff but he has made me a permanent customer here. He explained everything and gave me a accurate wait time i came at 10:15 out by 12 nothing like fast good service
Watch out for the finance department. Very sneaky. Will verbally till you want you wanna hear and will be completely opposite of whats in the paperwork. My husband and I asked multiple questions and we were reassured that our certified car was guaranteed for the small parts and large up to 100,000 miles. Very disappointed. They will not let us hear the recording from that day either. Contacting BBB
