Had an amazing experience here. Went in to look for something for my brother and ended up buying two rings for myself:) The women helping us was super sweet, helpful and a good seller. My experience with Jewels UK has been a really positive one. My Grandad passed away and left me some money last year. I had been looking for a ring for a very long time and I chose one from Sorrels collection, which was very hard because they are quality high end pieces. I finally chose a ring I was very fond of and Sorrel helped me immensely with all her knowledge and expertise to answer all the questions I had about the ring. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. Sorrel is friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional, being a gemologist she certainly knows her jewellery and has an equisite eye. I was looking for a special piece for my wife's big birthday, I had originally set my sights on a well known boutique jewellery brand however once we peeked into her window display that was the end of that idea. I bought the most amazing vintage emerald and diamond ring and a gold and emerald bracelet.Sorrel organised the re-sizing, cleaning of both the ring and bracelet and even made a set of earrings with the redundant emeralds from the bracelet free of charge, such a lovely touch. My wife is absolutely thrilled and I would not hesitate to recommend Jewels UK to anyone looking for beautiful jewellery at very reasonable prices with the peace of mind that Sorrel only curates and sources super pieces, so effectively does all the hard work for you.
