Great selections, rare finds for the area - didnt mind paying for the jacked up pricetag due to the convenience back about 3 years ago. Remodeled bathroom is cool. But, this is not the same Cowpokes it used to be... the staff, specifically the girls, are rude and just want to talk about their weekend and getting drunk with eachother. The last few times my boyfriend and I have been in there, no one has asked if we needed assistance or even just greeted us in or out of the building. Today though was especially awful, a gentlemen went to the register to inquire about caiman exotic boots (a high ticket item for those unfamiliar) the two young snotty brunette girls at the register offered ZERO assistance to him and then MADE FACES at eachother as he walked out of the store. I almost said something it was so bad. I have never seen such terrible customer service in my life. I put back the items I was going to purchase told my boyfriend to do the same and we left. The manager/owner need to have a discussion with the staff about the reasons why theyre being paid to be there. Won't be back.

Hi Lynley - I am so sorry for this difficulty. Along with a lot of other retail stores, we are experiencing difficulties with our vendors as they are limited in what they have available. We are working hard to try and get new inventory but have been subject to many delays. We were in a couple weeks ago and you didn't have the size pants we were looking for, we went in yesterday and it looked like you hadn't gotten any new pants at all still had the same style but not any new jeans.
