Why I can not delete the example request template?

It is not possible to delete a given template every moment. If there is even one message with this template that has not been opened, you are not able to delete it. Also you are not allowed to delete the last template of the website. Remember, if you delete  template, all messages which have been shipped and opened also will be deleted.

 

What will happen, if I delete the connected platform?

E-mail messages, which are connected to the platform will continue to be sent. New messages that go to the system won’t be able to connect with this given platform. 

What will happen with the messages, if I delete the website?

All messages and templates connected to this website will be automatically deleted. So it won’t be no longer sent by our system. 

Is it possible to choose which customers will not be sent invitations?

If you do not want feedback to be sent to the selected contacts, you can remove them from the Invitation Queue

 

When there are many such customers, we can create a dedicated solution for you. All you need to do is indicate these customers to us in the list to import (excel or txt). Our application will automatically remove them.

 

Remember, however, that the aim of our application is to 'turn' a dissatisfied customer into a satisfied one, so that they will come back to you and purchase again.
