What is Rating Captain?
Rating Captain is an application, that helps companies automate customer service in the scope of negative feedback, by using predictive analytics powered by Big Data and MachineLearning. The application effectively obtains real customer reviews, automatically detects problems in the field of customer service and recommends actions.
Registration and trial period
If you want to try the application, take advantage of our 14-day trial period. Go to the Rating Captain website and sign up. Further you’ll be asked for account configuration. Add your name, surname and phone number. Then enter the name of your Website and the URL address. It is done!
Subscription and plans
The first 14 days are always for free. Then Rating Captain offers you some well prepared plans, that are going to help you with further development.
When does the invite counter reset?
Payments are settled for the entire month from the moment of purchase, e.g. from October 25 to November 25.
However, on the 1st of each month, the counter of sent invitations is reset to zero, so you get the opportunity to send another pool of emails depending on your plan.
Example
If you buy a Growth package on October 25, you can send 1500 invitations to customers by October 31. On November 1, the counter will be reset and sent emails will be counted from scratch, so you can send another 1500 emails.
This means you pay for 1,500 invitations and get the option to send 3,000 messages.
