    Stempleks is a company in the e-commerce and advertising industry. It specializes in selling stamps and business cards online and offline.

     

    Current situation:

     

    • 75 reviews obtained in 6 years
    • 4.8 - average rating

    The store's problem was generally the low number of reviews, which are particularly important in the local market, lack of communication with users, and fake reviews opinie added by competitors.

    The recovery process involved identifying the most common issues, despite the very small number of negative reviews.

    The most common ones were:

    • "product - different from the description, different from the one ordered",
    • "poor quality" and "seller - problem with return, complaint".

    The tool was configured in such a way that the number of positive reviews added on Google My Company was as high as possible, which allowed the company to become visible on Google Maps in the local market.

    As a result, the current outcome was achieved:
