Which manufacturers have gained recognition from Polish drivers? We present a ranking of car brands based on customer reviews posted on Google business listings in Poland.
The reports on the situation of individual brands were created using the ReviewsAudit tool, and the ranking was based on these reports. It is worth noting that the results are very close, and the nuances determined who would be at the top. The ReviewsAudit tool reports showed that car brands care about customer reviews, but there are still a few aspects that need improvement, and we will present them in more detail in the further part of the ranking.

This is best evidenced by the rating of 4.56, which has been steadily increasing since February 2022. Thanks to this, Dacia is in Class B on the trust board. Additionally, customers willingly post longer reviews with photos, which positively affects the brand's image and encourages visits to the showrooms.

Thanks to its corporate business listings, where the average rating is 4.49 and there are over 23,000 reviews, Hyundai is in Class B on the trust board. The average rating of the showrooms is constantly increasing, but it is worth ensuring that each business listing receives at least 3 reviews per month, which will significantly accelerate the rating growth. Hyundai owes its good position in the ranking to responding to customer reviews - as much as 73% of the reviews received a response from the brand.

The brand responded to 67% of the reviews, but the average response time is 35 days, so it is worth working on this aspect and implementing a review management strategy.

Lexus has a very high average rating of 4.63, but despite this high rating, it is not at the top of the ranking. This is directly due to the fact that on average, only 2 reviews per month are received for the Google business listings, and only 40% of the reviews received a response from the brand.

The analysis of ReviewsAudit reports showed that car brands care about reviews and their online reputation. It is worth noting that the results are very close, and the details determined who ended up at the top. Of course, it should be kept in mind that the results are presented as an average of all business listings, so each brand has better and slightly worse business listings. Therefore, it is worth standardizing actions in all showrooms, implementing procedures related to review management, so that each showroom of a given brand is at the same level of quality.
Several aspects can be mentioned that all brands should work on to increase customer satisfaction. The first issue is responding to customer reviews. This should be a key element of reputation management. All reviews should be responded to as quickly as possible (we recommend responding within 3 days of receiving the review). When implementing a review acquisition strategy, it is worth asking customers for longer reviews, which have a positive impact on the visibility of the business listing and provide valuable information. In addition, reviews should be regularly analyzed and used to draw conclusions and make changes.
