    Ideal customer profile - how to create it?

     

    Creating an ideal customer profile requires asking yourself a few questions. This will help you understand who your customer is. With this knowledge, you will create more effective communication for your business. In addition, you will better tailor your offer. So let's move on to the questions.

     

    1. Who are the people (your recipients)?
    2. What are they like?
    3. What do they do in their free time? What are their passions?
    4. Where do they live? How do they live?
    5. What is important to them in life? What is their worldview?
    6. What brands do they surround themselves with? And what brands do they want to surround themselves with?
    7. What does their typical day look like?

     

    Additional questions:

     

    1. How do they spend their vacations and where?
    2. How do they shop and where?
    3. What is their life like in the context of relationships?
    4. What are their relationships with family like?
    5. What car do they drive? What car do they dream of? Do they drive at all?
    6. What pets do they have? What is their attitude towards them?

     

    Of course, you don't have to ask yourself all these questions. You can also ask others, more related to your industry.

     

    Why do you need a customer profile?

     

    Do you want to sell more? Get to know your ideal customer. It is the customer profile that is needed to generate greater profits. If you know your target audience, you can direct messages to them. This makes acquiring new customers much easier and faster.
