    Another mistake you can make is not fully utilizing the information from the reports. They speak not only about the content of the reviews but also about the place they come from. These are the places where your customers gather. Think about how you can use this for marketing purposes.

     

    Precisely targeted advertising? Engaging in posts? Choose the best tactic and use it consistently. This way, you will increase interest in your offer. You will also save on activities carried out in those online places that don't increase your revenue anyway.

     

    Don't ignore the power of keywords - reconsider your choice

     

    Many entrepreneurs use Internet opinion monitoring very superficially. They only enter the company name as keywords and that's it. They forget about the names of their own products or product categories. They don't think about what keyword a potential customer who is looking for something from their offer might enter in the search engine.

     

    Don't go down that path. Investing in a monitoring tool can be much more profitable. How much more? It depends on your creativity. By avoiding the mistakes mentioned above, you will significantly increase your effectiveness. And that will clearly improve the reputation of your brand.
