    Your ideal customer is someone who represents the target group, or niche, you want to reach. And no, not everyone needs your services or products, so not everyone will become your customer. The ideal customer is a collection of common consumer characteristics and behaviors. This includes information about age, gender, and purchase preferences. Such a customer needs your products or services, e.g., to grow their business. By knowing your ideal persona, you can conduct more effective marketing activities. Which of course will translate into company profits. A common practice is to create several customer profiles.

    Creating an ideal customer profile requires asking yourself a few questions. This will allow you to understand who your customer is. With this knowledge, you will create more effective communication for your business. In addition, you will better adapt your offer. Therefore, let’s move on to the questions.


    1. Who are the people (your target customers)?

    2. What are the people like?

    3. What do they do in their spare time? What are their passions?

    4. Where do they live? How do they live?

    5. What is important to them in life? What is their worldview?

    6. What brands do they surround themselves with? And what brands do they want to surround themselves with?

    7. What does their regular day look like?


    Additional questions:


    1. How do they spend their vacations and where?

    2. How do they shop and where?

    3. What is their life like in terms of their relationship?

    4. What kind of relationship do they have with their family?

    5. What kind of car do they drive? What kind of car do they dream about? Do they drive at all?

    6. What kind of animals do they have? What is their attitude toward them?


    Of course, you don’t have to ask all of these questions. You can also ask others that are more related to your industry.


    Why do you need a customer profile?


    Do you want to sell more? Get to know your ideal customer. This is exactly why you need a customer profile to generate more profits. If you know your target customers, you can target messages to them. This will enable you to acquire new customers much easier and faster. When you know the customer’s characteristics and their psychological profile, you can use this knowledge and adapt your offer to their needs. You also gain regular and loyal customers. You enjoy a good reputation, so customers recommend you to others.


    You already know who in marketing is referred to as an ideal customer, how to determine the profile of a prospect and the benefits that come with it. So don’t wait any longer and create an image of your ideal customer to enjoy the profits.
